Highlights and Challenges
The biggest challenge on this project was a highly compressed schedule, the owners were extremely eager to begin production and open to the public. We provided a large crew of skilled sanitary welders and pipe fitters and worked extended hours to meet the schedule. Extensive coordination with other trades was required to ensure the successful completion of the piping systems and the overall project. The design evolved as the project progressed and our experienced team provided guidance on efficient routing and layout of pipe runs.
The new construction Tree House Brewery project was a major expansion of production capacity for the brewer as well as the creation of a consumer experience destination.
Notch’s Scope Summary
Our scope included all of the sanitary welded brew house and fermentation cellar piping as well as Cool-Fit chilled glycol piping.
“The project at Tree House Brewing Co. Charlton was fast and furious at times. The crew from Notch never faultered. Mike and Ryan have continued to be wonderful. “ – Dean Rohan, Owner
