Notch Announces Management Change

The Board of Directors of Notch Mechanical Constructors has announced a change in the company management structure. Effective June 1, 2008 Sharon Orr became President of Notch. Steven Neveu, P.E., previous President of Notch, has assumed the position of Vice President of Business Development in order to concentrate on new ventures emphasizing long-term growth of the company.

Sharon Orr has been with the company for over ten years, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Enigneering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She also holds a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Connecticut.

Concurrent with the management change, Notch is establishing a satellite office in Eastern Massachusetts to service the region’s pharmaceutical and high technology industries. A new subsidiary business – Energy Recovery Systems LLC – has been established to leverage Notch’s expertise to build small-scale energy recycling systems. Steven Neveu will lead these new ventures.
